Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with ocnhero.com, the online store of the company under the name “ILIANA-EVDOKIA CHRISTODOULIDI”, located in Athens Stasinou 5, PC 11635, trading as “OCEAN HERO” (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, “OCEAN HERO”). The Terms and Conditions apply as soon as an order is placed over the Internet. By browsing “www.ocnhero.com” or placing an order with us, you accept unreservedly the Terms and Conditions set out below. All references to the “company”, “us”, “our”, or “we” refer to OCEAN HERO. Any reference to “customer”, “you” “client” or “buyer” refers to the person or organization placing the order.

The company “OCEAN HERO” created this e-shop with the sole purpose of serving its customers. The website “www.ocnhero.com” is simple and user-friendly and has been designed to meet the specific needs of each user. It is important to understand that you must provide us with specific personal data, which is protected and stored by us, in order to execute your order and achieve your best service.

International and European Law governs all contractual conditions between OCEAN HERO and the client relating to e-commerce, as well as the Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection which governs matters on distance sales.

• Terms of use.

“OCEAN HERO” reserves the right to renew or unilaterally modify these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store, without notice, in accordance with its needs and trading habits.

Any change of terms does not apply in orders that are already in progress.

The customer is obliged to read the terms of use before registering in the online store “www.ocnhero.com”. The customer is considered to have unreservedly accepted the terms of use as they apply from time to time, in any case he uses the services of the online store “www.ocnhero.com”. If a user does not agree with these terms, he must abstain from using the online store and from any transaction through it.

In any case, placing an order on your behalf implies full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

The company “OCEAN HERO” promises completeness and validity of the information presented on its website, both regarding the exact data displayed next to the products for sale and the ones provided by the online store, subject to any (technical or typographical) errors, which cannot be predicted or have occurred unintentionally or interruptions of the website due to force majeure.

• Payment 

You have the option of paying the due price by COD on receipt and by bank deposit.

1. Order – Shipping Methods – Delivery Time.

The ways of sending the respective order are the following:

1. A) Collection from the store
2. B) With ACS or COURIER CENTER courier company (COMPLETELY FREE) for all of Greece
3. C) With ACS or DHL or COURIER CENTER courier company at the customer’s expense, for countries outside Greece.
4. D) By General Post (COMPLETELY FREE) for all of Greece

For all the products contained in “www.ocnhero.com” there are indications for their availability. In any case, it must be made clear that the delivery times of your order depend on the availability of the products in our warehouses. In case the product is not available, you will be informed in time about its non-availability.

The company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure.

The products are sent in 4-5 working days if there is availability. Upon completion of the order, the customer is immediately informed about the delivery.

In “www.ocnhero.com” you will find information about the process and the steps until the completion of your order. You will receive useful tips for detecting and correcting possible errors when registering your order (e.g., regarding the type, quantity, payment method, etc.).

Upon completion of your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order, while the next e-mail will follow, informing you of the sending of your order.

• Shipping Costs and Returns

Shipping is completely free throughout Greece with orders value above 50€. In Orders below 50€ , a shipping cost of 5,00€ is being added.

For foreign countries the customer will be charged for the shipping costs.

Changes are accepted within 14 days via the courier company which cooperates with us. The product must be exactly in the condition in which it was received and inside its packaging, with all the accompanying documents.

Return conditions:

• the product must not have been used,
• the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days,
• the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc.)
• the product should be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and with its own package in which it was delivered.

No return will be accepted if there is no prior consultation with the company.

Order cancellation can be made only before sending / receiving the product.

1. Use – Function.

The company as well as the user-customer agree for the correct operation of the online store-website in accordance with the transactional ethics. The user of the site undertakes that he will never and under no circumstances use the online store-website to send e-mail, or to publish content that is defamatory, harmful, immoral, vulgar, obscene, offensive, threatening; content that constitutes a breach of someone else ‘s privacy in any way, or expresses racial, racist, or ethnic discrimination, or may cause harm to minors.

The company reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

Any typographical error or omission or technological failure will be corrected by the company without any other obligation on its part.

• Intellectual property rights.

All content published in the online store, including badges, images, graphics, photos, drawings, texts, etc. are the intellectual property of the company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions or intellectual property of third parties for which the company has received a license for its own needs exclusively and for the operation of the online store. It is forbidden to copy, transfer or create a derivative work based on this content or mislead the public about the actual provider of the online store. Reproduction, republishing, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or medium for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of the company or any other copyright holder. The names, images, logos and insignia listed and describing the online store under the OCEAN HERO trademark or the company’s products or services are its assets, protected by the relevant trademark laws. Their use in the online store does not in any case provide a license or right to use them by third parties.

• Other terms

All present terms of use are considered essential. For any dispute that may arise between “OCEAN HERO” and users of the online store “www.ocnhero.com”, an effort will be made for an amicable settlement following a relevant written request of the user.

If the dispute cannot be resolved out of court, any dispute that may arise will be resolved in the courts of the city of Athens.
